Shipping FAQs

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page after you have added your items.  If your order qualifies for free shipping, you must select the free shipping option to take advantage of this promotion. You may also provide your Fedex or UPS account and billing zipcode for us to use, and any shipping charges incurred at checkout will be refunded.

Shipping Method
Most orders are shipped by USPS (post office), but larger US and Canada orders may ship by UPS at our discretion.

Where does my order ship from?
Orders are shipped from California, USA. Sorry, local pickups are not available.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We strive very hard to ship orders out within 2 business days and usually within 1 business day. Processing may occasionally take a bit longer, particularly with larger orders. We regret that same-day shipping is not available. US orders are generally delivered within a week, Canada within 14 days, and other countries within 2-3 weeks. Shipping times are not guaranteed and there may be occasional delays beyond our control, including customs.

I haven't received my order yet. What do I do?
Sometimes packages are delayed in transit and take extra time for delivery.  Delayed postal packages are *not* considered lost unless there is no tracking update for 10 consecutive days for US packages, 17 consecutive days for Canadian packages, and 30 consecutive days for other international packages.  Please contact us if you experience this situation.

Is there a tracking number for my package?
Packages come with a tracking number, but these are not always scanned properly. Do not be concerned if your tracking number shows no recent update, unless it has not been updated within the time frame specified above.

Is there a cheaper way to ship internationally?
Shipping costs are provided at checkout based on order weight and your address.  Click  here  for international shipping discounts.

Parcel forwarding services may provide a cheaper alternative if you order from multiple US sellers.  Parcel forwarding services provide a US address to which your packages can be sent. They will consolidate your purchases and ship them together to your international address. For Canadian customers who live close to the US border, there are also parcel pickup locations. You may want to google "parcel forwarding service to (your country)" or "parcel pick-up" for options. Please research any company thoroughly before you sign up.

Customs / Duties / Brokerage / Other
International customers may be required to pay applicable customs/duties/brokerage or other import-related fees depending on your country's import regulations. This is beyond our control and may delay delivery of your package. You may provide any special shipping/customs instructions at checkout. Refunds are not provided for abandoned packages.
