In order to keep prices as low as possible, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are considered final so please double-check your order before submitting. On occasion, we may accept a return or exchange as a 1-time courtesy. In such cases, there will be a 25% restocking fee on table presses and a 15% restocking fee on everything else. Shipping is not refundable.
If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to ask and we will do our best to assist so that you understand what you are ordering. If we have made a mistake with your order or you have received a defective product, please let us know so we can rectify it as soon as possible. You will be asked to return the incorrect/defective item at our cost and upon receipt of return, we will ship the correct/replacement item to you.
Undeliverable packages returned to us due to an invalid or insufficient address will incur additional shipping fees to reship. Should you choose to cancel your order rather than have it resent, a refund will be issued less actual shipping costs charged by the shipping carrier on your original package, which may be greater than the shipping fees you paid on your order. An order confirmation email is always sent after an order is placed, and we encourage you to double check the address you provided and notify us of any errors prior to our shipping of your product.
If purchasing a snap press to be shipped outside of the US, be sure to select "Canada" or "Elsewhere" as the Ship-to Country when prompted. This will add the appropriate shipping charges for the press.
The following applies to retail sales only. Shipping costs for wholesale orders may differ.
For a limited time, we are offering FREE economy shipping on US orders of $47+. (Not applicable on wholesale orders.) Economy is generally the slowest method. Upgrade options for faster delivery will be available at checkout. You can also provide your Fedex or UPS account for us to use, and any shipping charges incurred at checkout will be refunded.
International shipping: The post office has a special flat-rate envelope that can be used to ship internationally for smaller orders. To give you an idea of the size of the envelope, we can fit around 2,000 complete sets of size 20 snaps (around 8,000 pieces) in this envelope for around $25 to Canada and $30 to most other countries**. Overpaid shipping will be refunded when your order is processed. Click here for alternative shipping methods.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We strive very hard to ship orders out within 2 business days and usually within 1 business day, but occasionally it may take longer. We regret that same-day shipping is not available. US orders generally take 4-10 days for delivery depending on the service you select, Canada 1-3 weeks, and to other countries, 2-10 weeks. Please note that customs can delay international deliveries. (These are very conservative estimates and most packages are delivered in the quicker range.)
USPS does *not* guarantee delivery times for 1st class, economy, or Priority Mail. Any estimate provided by USPS (usually shown as 1-3 days) is just that--an estimate, and not always a realistic one either.
"In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee." Translation: The post office might say delivery in 1, 2, or 3 days but they don't back it up. [Back to top.]
I haven't received my order yet. What do I do?
Please contact us if you are within the US and do not receive your order within 14 days from the shipping date (21 days if you ordered in December), or if you are an international customer and have not received your order within 8 weeks. [Back to top.]
Are packages insured?
Most packages are insured against loss or damage. For non-delivery, there is a 14-day mandatory waiting period before an insurance claim can be filed for packages shipped within the US. The mandatory waiting period is 30 days for international and APO/FPO shipments. [Back to top.]
Is there a cheaper way to ship internationally?
Parcel forwarding services will provide a US address to have your goods sent to. They will then consolidate your purchases and ship them together to your address. For Canadian customers who live close to the US border, there are also parcel pickup locations. A few options are listed below--please research any company thoroughly before you sign up. You may want to google "parcel forwarding service to (your country)" or "parcel pick-up" for additional options. (We are not affiliated with any of these companies.)
