Terms of Sale

Sales are Final
In order to keep prices as low as possible, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.  All sales are final so please double-check your order before submitting as we cannot edit or cancel orders once they have been placed.  If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to ask and we will do our best to help you out so that you understand what you are ordering. 

Error with Order
We are only human and inadvertent errors are bound to happen, for which we apologize in advance.  Please check your order immediately upon receipt.  If we have made a mistake, please let us know so we can rectify it as soon as possible.  You will be asked to return the incorrect item (at our cost) and upon receipt of return, we will ship the correct item to you.


Snap Count
Snaps are packaged by weight, so count may not be exact.
  If you order multiples of a color, we may combine the sets.  For example, if you purchase two bags of 100-count studs, we may send you one bag of 200 studs.

Snap Colors
Due to imperfect and natural variations in lighting as well as individual settings of your computer screen, snap colors shown on our website may not be a true reflection of their actual color.  If you are unsure of a color, please feel free to inquire.  Or you can purchase a color card or snap sample here.

Snap Compatibility
Our snaps are intended to be applied using the dies and/or pliers we carry, so we do not recommend trying to apply them with any other tool as we cannot guarantee proper results.  We also do not recommend mixing our snaps with similar-looking snaps purchased elsewhere because they may not be completely compatible.

Presses & Dies

Presses and dies may have traces of oil, dust, paint, etc from the manufacturing process.  The dies for metal snaps in particular may have spots of rust and discoloration.  This is how they come to us, and we have no control over it.  This will not affect their functionality.  We recommend you wipe the press and dies down prior to use and attach a few snaps on discard fabric to clean the dies out.

Insurance
Most packages are insured against loss or damage.  For non-delivery, there is a 21-day mandatory waiting period before an insurance claim can be filed for packages shipped within the US.  The mandatory waiting period is 45 days for most international and APO/FPO shipments.  Shipments to Italy require a 60-day wait.  All claims must be filed within 90 days of shipment date, and you must submit a signed statement of non-receipt or damage.  If the statement is not submitted in a timely manner, your insurance claim may be denied.  Click

Orders may be shipped in more than 1 package.

International Shipping
Presses and packages upgraded to Express mail will have a tracking number, but most other packages shipped by USPS Priority Mail will not.

Customs, Duties & Other Import-Related Fees
International customers will be responsible for any applicable customs or duty fees.  Packages are declared at their full value for insurance purposes.  We cannot be held responsible for packages detained by customs or for customs/duty/brokerage/other import-related fees.  If you choose not to pay these fees, you will not receive a refund.
