Star & Heart Snaps

Star and heart snaps are available in the following sets:

- Single color & shape:

Caps Only ($3.50) - 100 star or heart caps in a single color.

Complete Sets ($6.50) - 100 complete sets in a single color & shape. This includes 100 star or heart caps, 100 round caps, 100 studs, and 100 sockets, all in the same color.

- Mixed colors:

200 star or heart caps in the combination of colors shown below ($6.00).

- Add 100 white sockets and 100 white studs ($9.50). This would then give you enough parts to make 100 complete sets, with each set consisting of 2 star or heart caps, 1 stud, and 1 socket.

Heart caps are the same size as size 20 round caps, so the same cap die can be used.

Star caps are slightly larger than size 20 round caps, so you may need a star cap die. If you purchased our snap pliers, you probably already have dies that will fit the star cap. If you are using a KAM snap press, place a size 20 round cap into your cap die. If the fit is exact, with absolutely no wiggle room, you will need a star cap die. If there is slight wiggle room, your die will probably fit the star cap.

Press dies can be added by selecting the option from the drop-down menu above, or from our Dies section. If using the drop-down menu above, the number of dies added will equal the Qty specified, so if you only need 1 die, be sure the Qty is set to 1.

The prongs on these colors are ever so slightly (~0.5mm) taller than those on other color stars.

KAM Snaps

Our KAM snaps are intended to be used with our pliers for plastic snaps or KAM press dies. We cannot guarantee compatibility if you are using our snaps with other non-KAM products.

Snap Count

Snaps are packaged by weight, so count may not be exact. Also, if you order multiples of a color, we may combine the sets. For example, if you purchase two bags of 100-count studs, we may send you one bag of 200 studs.

I haven't found the perfect place to use my funky little trolls on yet. The prong is slightly shorter than the regular round caps - so I have to make sure that will not affect my diapers. The trolls are LARGE compared to a size 20 round and some of the edges are rather pointy - so I will have to find just the right project for them.

I have both the star snaps in a variety of colors and the heart snaps in white! There isn't a project I've done that these snaps haven't gone well with! I use them with my DK-98 press and the size 20 dies and it's a great combo!
