Engraved & Painted Snaps

Each "quantity" is for 100 painted/engraved caps or complete sets.  So if you enter a quantity of 3, you will receive 300 partial or complete sets. 

Base price shown is for a set of 100 painted or engraved caps.  Add $3.75 for a complete set of 100 (100 painted/engraved caps, 100 plain caps, 100 sockets, and 100 studs).

Engraved and painted snaps are available on in the colors shown below for each design.

Due to variations in lighting, snap colors shown may be somewhat off.  You may refer to the color card near the bottom of the page for a slightly more accurate depiction of each color.

Painted Snaps

Painted caps will show wear such as scratching and fading over time, so we don't suggest they be used for items which you plan to resell, which go through extreme wear or tear, or which are subject to frequent washes. 

To help in preserving the paint, the manufacturer does not recommend machine drying or hot washes.  Bleach and other harsh chemicals should also be avoided.   Some detergents (including Tide Free) are known to completely erase the paint, so you may want to do a test wash with a sample first.

Some have suggested that caps be coated with clear acrylic nail polish to better seal the paint, but we have not tested this.

Note:

KAM Snaps

Our KAM snaps are intended to be used with our pliers for plastic snaps or KAM press dies.  We cannot guarantee compatibility if you are using our snaps with other non-KAM products.

Snap Count

Snaps are packaged by weight, so count may not be exact.   Also, if you order multiples of a color, we may combine the sets.  For example, if you purchase two bags of 100-count studs, we may send you one bag of 200 studs.

Due to imperfect and natural variations in lighting as well as individual settings of your computer screen, snap colors shown on our website may not be a true reflection of their actual color.  If you are unsure of a color, please feel free to inquire.  Or you can purchase a color card or snap sample here.
