Ooga Booga Engraved Snaps

 Ooga Booga snaps will be discontinued once they sell out.

Ooga Booga snaps are available in the following sets:

- Single color:

• Caps Only ($3.50) - 100 engraved caps in a single color.
  

• Complete Sets ($7.00) - 100 complete sets in a single color. This includes 100 engraved caps, 100 plain caps, 100 studs, and 100 sockets, all in the same color.

- Mixed colors:

• Caps Only ($7.50) - 200 engraved caps in a random mix of the color group shown below.

• Complete Sets ($11.00) - 200 engraved caps in a random mix of the color group shown below, plus 100 white sockets and 100 white studs.  This would then give you enough parts to make 100 complete sets with engraved caps on either end.

Due to variations in lighting, snap colors shown may be somewhat off.  You may refer to the color card here for a slightly more accurate depiction of each color.

KAMsnaps is a licensed seller of these Ooga Booga engraved snaps. Since the Ooga Booga characters are owned and copyrighted by M.O.M. Designs LLC, certain restrictions do apply to their use: 

- If you intend to resell the snaps, you must purchase a Limited Commercial Use License for $25 each time you place an order for Ooga snaps.  (A license is not required  if you plan to attach the snaps to another product which you will sell.  For example, if you attach the snaps to diapers and sell the diapers, you do not need a license.)

The Ooga Booga graphics, characters and images licensed hereby are owned and copyrighted by M.O.M. Designs, LLC. The files and images are to be used solely and exclusively thereof for use on garments and/or other items, and cannot be resold as individual or multiple quantity snaps. The characters cannot be used or interpreted for anything other than the engraved snaps as purchased. The images are not to be shared, sold, traded, transferred or used for any other purpose.

M.O.M. Designs, LLC reserves the right to license the files and images for all other purposes beyond the limited license contained herein, and to derive all revenues from resale of Ooga Booga engraved snap distribution and sales. M.O.M. Designs, LLC retains complete ownership of the design(s) as well as the images, characters and graphics unless otherwise noted.

If you wish to use the Ooga Booga engraved snaps with intent to resell the Ooga Booga engraved snaps to any individual, business, or other consumer of any kind, you will need to purchase a Limited Commercial License. By purchasing the Ooga Booga engraved snaps, you are freely consenting and expressively agreeing to be legally bound by the terms stated. M.O.M. Designs, LLC will pursue legal action if the use of the Ooga Booga images are used for anything other than the engraved snaps as purchased to be used on individual garments/items.

The characters cannot be used or interpreted for anything other than the Ooga Booga engraved snaps purchased through KAMsnaps. You may not share, trade, transfer, use, or sell the files and/or images for any other purpose, including but not limited to, mass marketing, commercial, or manufacturing.

M.O.M. Designs, LLC reserves the right to license the files and images for all other purposes beyond the limited license contained herein, and to derive all revenues from unauthorized distribution and sales of products derived from the files containing the images. M.O.M. Designs, LLC retains complete ownership of the design as well as the images, characters and graphics unless otherwise noted.
