International Shipping

We are happy to ship to most countries.  Our shopping cart supports orders from most countries.  If you do not see your country listed, please send an email to sales@kamsnaps.com.  We are unable to ship to a few countries, and some countries not listed will incur an additional shipping charge.

International Shipping Costs

Snap Presses:

DK-93 Original -

  •      Canada add $20 
  •      All Other Counties add $40

DK-98 Professional -

  •      Canada add $40 
  •      All Other Countries add $85


Snap presses are shipped by USPS Priority mail.  If purchasing a snap press, be sure to select "Canada" or "Other" as the Ship-to Country when prompted.  This will add the appropriate shipping charges for the press.

Pliers, dies & snaps added to press orders ship at no additional charge.

Canada:

For orders less than $35 -

  •     $5 for USPS 1st Class shipping
  •     $9 for USPS Priority shipping (discounted)
  •     $25 for Express with tracking

For orders $35 or more -

  •      FREE for USPS 1st Class shipping
  •      $6 for USPS Priority shipping (discounted)
  •      Price varies for Express with tracking


Other Countries**:

For orders less than $40 -

  •      $15 for USPS Priority shipping (discounted)
  •      $25 for Express with tracking


For orders $40 or more -

  •      $10 for USPS Priority shipping (discounted)
  •      Price varies for Express with tracking


** These rates do not apply to all countries.  Some countries, such as Cambodia, Croatia, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Romania, South Africa to name a few, can only use USPS Express.



1st Class Shipping
USPS 1st class mai
l to Canada can take about 10-21 days for delivery, sometimes up to a month or longer.  Orders shipped by 1st class do not have a tracking number.

Priority Shipping
USPS priority mail for international shipments can take about 6-10 business days for delivery, sometimes up to a month or longer.  Only orders with a snap press will have delivery confirmation, but not tracking, if using priority mail.

Express Shipping
You can upgrade to USPS express shipping with tracking & insurance for all orders except those including a snap press. We highly recommend express shipping whenever possible because it is more reliable than priority.  We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Tracking vs Delivery Confirmation
Only Express Mail will have true tracking, which will show scans at every point of the delivery route.  Large priority mail packages, such as packages including a snap press, will have delivery confirmation, which will only confirm the time and location of delivery.  Some delivery confirmation numbers may show additional scans enroute but that is solely at the discretion of the postal employees who handle the package and is not the ultimate purpose of delivery confirmations.  For learn more about the differences between tracking and delviery confirmation numbers, visit USPS.com.

Insurance
Most packages are insured against loss or damage.  For non-delivery, there is a 30-day mandatory waiting period before an insurance claim can be filed for packages shipped within the US.  The mandatory waiting period is 45 days for most international and APO/FPO shipments.  Shipments to Italy require a 60-day wait.  All claims must be filed within 90 days of shipment date, and you must submit a signed statement of non-receipt or damage.  If the statement is not submitted in a timely manner, your insurance claim may be denied.  Click

Customs / Duties / Brokerage / Other
Packages are declared at their full value for insurance purposes, so if you are outside of the US, you may be required to pay applicable customs/duties/brokerage or other import-related fees.  This is beyond our control.  Please check with your country's customs regulations and the shipping carrier's policies if you are unsure whether you will be subject to additional fees. 

If we ship your package and you later choose not to pay the applicable customs/duties and instead choose to abandon your package, you will not receive a refund.

 

Return Policy
In order to keep prices as low as possible, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.  All sales are final so please double-check your order before submitting.  If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to ask and we will do our best to help you out so that you understand what you are ordering.  If we have made a mistake with your order, please let us know so we can rectify it as soon as possible.  You will be asked to return the incorrect item (at our cost) and upon receipt of return, we will ship the correct item to you.
