Who qualifies for the November Customer Loyalty Appreciation special?

You quailfy for this special if you have made at least 4 qualifying purchases from our website between January 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009.  If you are unsure how many qualifying purchases you have made, you can log into your account to look up your previous orders or send us an email to inquire.

What is a qualifying purchase?

A qualifying purchase is any purchase except:

- a purchase that consists solely of a gift certificate

- a purchase that consists solely of a freebie

What do I qualify for?

If you've made at least 4 qualifying purchases, we'll include 100 free engraved or painted caps (your choice of 1 design/color*) with your November order. 

If you've made at least 5 qualifying purchases, we'll include 200 free engraved or painted caps (your choice of 2 designs/colors*).

If you've made at least 7 qualifying purchases, we'll include 400 free engraved or painted caps (your choice of 4 designs/colors*)

How do I redeem my free caps?

You must make a purchase of at least $25 in November in order to redeem your free caps.  Simply include a note with your payment stating which free caps you would like.  Please specify the design(s) & color(s).  If there is no space provided to include a note, just send an email immediately after paying with the info.  You can only take advantage of this offer once in November, regardless of how many purchases you might make that month.  Offer expires November 31, 2009 or when supplies run out.
