Snaps in Bulk

Some colors and sizes have limited availability.  If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you.

Each "quantity" is for 1000 partial or complete sets.  So if you enter a quantity of 3, you will receive 3000 partial or complete sets.  

Base price shown is for a partial set of 1000 (ie. 1000 caps, 1000 sockets, or 1000 studs).  Add $31 for a complete set of 1000 (2000 caps, 1000 sockets, and 1000 studs).

KAM Snaps

Our KAM snaps are intended to be used with our pliers for plastic snaps or KAM press dies.  We cannot guarantee compatibility if you are using our snaps with other non-KAM products.

Snap Sizes

The size of a snap corresponds to its diameter. The bigger the size, the bigger the snap and the firmer the grip. 

- Size 20 is most commonly used for general applications, including baby diapers and clothing.

- Size 24 is for heavy duty applications, such as tote bags, tarps, coats, and upholstery.   

- Size 14 or 16, because of their shorter prongs, are appropriate for thinner material.  Note that sizes 14 and 16 have identical studs and sockets--only the caps are different.  Size 14 snaps are not compatible with our pliers for plastic snaps, but size 14 long-prongs are.

 - Use long prong caps only for thicker or bulky material.

Different size snaps require different size dies, with the exception of sizes 14 and 16 sockets and studs, which are identical.  If you are unsure which size you need, you may also purchase snap samples here.

Snap Finishes

Some colors are available in both matte and glossy caps.  Glossy caps are shinier and smoother than matte caps.  Identical sockets and studs are used regardless of the cap finish.

Snap Count

Snaps are packaged by weight, so count may not be exact.   Also, if you order multiples of a color, we may combine the sets.  For example, if you purchase two bags of 100-count studs, we may send you one bag of 200 studs.
